• 23/07/09 - Gold Award for One of Alpha's Longstanding Clients

One of Alpha's longstanding clients, Just Oil Ltd, was delighted to have been awarded a Gold Award at the Guild of Fine Food Great Taste Awards this year. The award was for the company's latest new product, Just Mayonnaise with Lemon Zest, in the flavoured mayonnaise category. Anthony Froggatt said, "We felt that this mayonnaise was different from any other product on the market and we are very pleased that the judges agreed ." The Great Taste awards judging standards have long been the most rigorous in the UK. Every entry is blind tasted by two teams of experts working separately but simultaneously. Both teams then comment on the products with some being recommended to go through to the next stage.
Just Oil Ltd continues to develop new products and have plans to unveil additional Just ranges in the months ahead. Elaine Nester said, "Just Oil was relaunched in 2007 after an extensive rebranding process and has since won numerous awards. The quality of the product was always good, but now it looks as good as it tastes . It is at last attracting the recognition that it deserves."
